YUGYEOM MEETS GERMANY 2022 - COVERING YUGYEOM'S FIRST SOLO CONCERT IN BERLIN
After his successful debut as a soloist under AOMG, GOT7's Kim Yugyeom started his first ever solo tour in 2022 in partnership with the company Jin Entertainment.
What started as a Yugyeom Meets Germany tour, since it was firstly announced that the artist was going to visit the German cities of Berlin, Munich and Oberhaussen, ended up being a Yugyeom Meets Europe tour after the Paris and London dates were also added under the organization of the company Seoul Therapy.
I had the honor and privilege of being a guest and cover Yugyeom's first solo concert in Berlin, the start of his Europe tour, and I want to express my gratitude to Jin Entertaiment once again for giving me the amazing opportunity to support Yugyeom in such a special night.
GETTING READY FOR THE EVENING
Many fans started queuing pretty early in order to have a great spot during the concert and see their favourite artist as close as possible. The nervousness and excitement could be felt since the very first minute I arrived to the entrance of the Verti Music Hall. All the fans behaved really well and helped to make everything go very smoothly, they also made sure that Yugyeom felt lots of love and support since the very first moment.
Before the concert started, VIP ticket holders had the opportunity to take a group picture with Yugyeom and enjoyed the privilege of entering the venue earlier than their fellow *Ahgases.
Minutes before the show began, the fans had an amazing time with DJ Wegun's, who started the fun at the Verti Music Hall by playing different songs, including a few GOT7's tracks, and made the crowd dance and have a good time.
THE CONCERT
The crowd went crazy the moment Yugyeom appeared on stage, with his beautiful voice, incredible dancing skills and charisma, the artist had everyone vibing and having fun since minute one.
The singer expressed his nervousness since it was his first solo concert, however, he also stated that thanks to the fans' love and support he was feeling better and way more relaxed than before going on stage. The fact that the singer studied English harder to prepare for his solo tour was heartwarming and he surely did an amazing job at communicating with fans throughout the whole concert.
The artist performed all the songs included in his debut EP album Point of View: U, his newest single Take You Down, an unreleased song called Always Ready and even gifted the fans by performing a few GOT7 songs such as Hard Carry and Thank You, Sorry. Yugyeom also teased the fans by lifting his shirt while Jay Park's Mommae was playing - he was giving the audience everything they wanted and more!
The peak moment was when Yugyeom got down the stage to get closer - and I mean really close - to his fans in the crowd who were even able hold his hand.
What places will Yuyeom visit with his next tour? I am surely looking forward to it and hopefully it will happen very soon!

DespuĆ©s de su exitoso debut como solista en AOMG, Kim Yugyeom de GOT7 comenzĆ³ su primera gira en solitario en 2022 en asociaciĆ³n con la compaƱĆa Jin Entertaiment.
Lo que comenzĆ³ como una gira de Yugyeom Meets Germany, ya que inicialmente se anunciĆ³ que el artista visitarĆa las ciudades alemanas de BerlĆn, Munich y Oberhaussen, terminĆ³ siendo una gira de Yugyeom Meets Europe despuĆ©s de que tambiĆ©n se aƱadieran las fechas de ParĆs y Londres bajo la organizaciĆ³n de la empresa Seoul Therapy.
Tuve el honor y el privilegio de ser invitada y cubrir el primer concierto en solitario de Yugyeom en BerlĆn, el comienzo de su gira por Europa, y quiero expresar mi agradecimiento a Jin Entertaiment una vez mĆ”s por darme la increĆble oportunidad de apoyar a Yugyeom en una noche tan especial.
PREPARĆNDONOS PARA LA NOCHE
Muchos fans comenzaron a hacer cola bastante temprano para tener un buen lugar durante el concierto y ver a su artista favorito lo mĆ”s cerca posible. El nerviosismo y la emociĆ³n se notaron desde el primer momento que lleguĆ© a la entrada del Verti Music Hall. Todos los fans se tuvieron un comportamiento muy bueno y ayudaron a que todo saliese bien, tambiĆ©n se aseguraron de que Yugyeom sintiera mucho amor y apoyo desde el primer momento.
Antes de que comenzara el concierto, los poseedores de entradas VIP tuvieron la oportunidad de tomarse una foto grupal con Yugyeom y disfrutaron del privilegio de entrar al recinto antes que sus compaƱeros *Ahgases.
Minutos antes de que comenzara el espectĆ”culo, los fans pasaron un momento increĆble con DJ Wegun, quien comenzĆ³ la diversiĆ³n en el Verti Music Hall tocando diferentes canciones, incluyendo algunas canciones de GOT7, e hizo bailar y pasar un buen rato a la multitud.
EL CONCIERTO
La multitud enloqueciĆ³ en el momento en que Yugyeom apareciĆ³ en el escenario, con su hermosa voz, sus increĆbles habilidades de baile y su carisma, el artista hizo vibrar a todos desde el minuto uno.
El cantante expresĆ³ su nerviosismo ya que era su primer concierto en solitario, sin embargo, tambiĆ©n afirmĆ³ que gracias al amor y apoyo de los fans se sentĆa mejor y mucho mĆ”s relajado que antes de subir al escenario. El hecho de que el cantante estudiara mĆ”s inglĆ©s para prepararse para su gira en solitario fue conmovedor, ademĆ”s cabe destacar que hizo un trabajo increĆble al comunicarse con los fans durante todo el concierto, es notable el gran esfuerzo y empeƱo que el cantante ha puesto y sigue poniendo para comunicarse con sus fans y conectar con ellos de la manera mĆ”s cercana posible.
El artista interpretĆ³ todas las canciones incluidas en su Ć”lbum debut EP Point of View: U, su nuevo sencillo Take You Down, una canciĆ³n inĆ©dita llamada Always Ready e incluso obsequiĆ³ a los fans interpretando algunas canciones de GOT7 como Hard Carry y Thank You, Sorry. Yugyeom tambiĆ©n bromeĆ³ con los fanĆ”ticos levantĆ”ndose la camiseta mientras de fondo sonaba Mommae de Jay Park: ¡le estaba dando a la audiencia todo lo que querĆan y mĆ”s!
El momento culminante fue cuando Yugyeom bajĆ³ del escenario para acercarse a sus fans en la multitud, algunos afortunados incluso pudieron sostener su mano y mirarle a los ojos mientras el artista interpretaba Hard Carry de GOT7.
